- Led Ashtanga Yoga Class every Saturday at 7am (2nd Saturday; intro to Intermediate Series).

Please be on time. Mysore classes begin promptly at 6:15am. All students MUST arrive for the opening mantra at 6:15am. This is NOT a rolling entry class. All students start class together regardless of practice level.
Saturday Led Ashtanga will start promptly at 7am.
Doors will be locked an NO ENTRY will be allowed after class start time.
