Directions:
Stir 1-2 tsp into 8oz of your favorite warm milk. Add ghee, coconut oil and/or sweetener to desired taste.
*Please note: Traditionally, Golden Milk is prepared with fresh, whole cow's milk as Ayurveda believes this to be best for building ojas or your physical and subtle immunity.
